- 1 pack tastemaker
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely cleaved)
Instructions to make masala maggi:
- Firstly, in dish heat 2 tsp oil and sauté 2 clove garlic and ½ onions.
- Add ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ tomatos and 2 tbsp sweet corn.
- Sauté until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp stew powder, ¼ tsp salt and sauté until the flavors turn fragrant.
- Add 1 cup water and get to a bubble.
- Now bread 1 pack
Maggi Instant Noodles generally and add 1 pack tastemaker.
- Mix well and bubble for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
- Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and appreciate masaledar maggi.
*For hot curry maggi*
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp spread
- 2 clove garlic (finely hacked)
- 2 stew (cut)
- ½ onion (finely hacked)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp stew powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 2 tbsp beans (hacked)
- ½ carrot (finely hacked)
- 2 tbsp capsicum (hacked)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack
- 1 pack tastemaker
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely hacked)
Instructions to make zesty curry maggi:
- Firstly, in a dish heat 1 tsp spread, add 2 clove garlic, 2 bean stew and sauté marginally.
- Add ½ onion and sauté until the onion shrivels marginally.
- Further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp stew powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp salt.
- Sauté until the flavors turn fragrant.
- Further, add ½ cup tomato puree and sauté until the tomato puree thickens.
- Now add 2 tbsp beans, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum and 2 tbsp sweet corn. Sauté briefly, or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Add 1 cup water and get to a bubble.
- Now bread 1 pack
